This role will involve managing the site through to completion, ensuring delivery in full compliance with NHBC standards.This is an excellent opportunity for a Site Manager/ Project Manager who has a strong background in housing developments building at volume. The RoleAs a Freelance Site Manager/project manager, you will take responsibility for the day-to-day management of a live housing site, ensuring the project is delivered safely, on programme, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.You will be working alongside a brilliant team with an additional site manager and two assistant site manager; coordinating trades, managing subcontractors, liaising with the Contracts Manager, and ensuring all homes are built in accordance with NHBC standards and Building Regulations.
