Stanford Real Estate Partners are working with a growing asset management business who have a portfolio of assets across the UK. Due to planned growth, they require a Management Accountant to join their team. This role will assist the Finance Manager and wider team in the production of financial reports.Responsibilities will includeProduction of monthly and quarterly management accountsReview of bank reconciliations, accruals, purchase ledger etcBalance sheet reconciliationsReview of financial metrics versus budget including rent and expensesEnsure service charge accounting is up to date and fully reconciledReview of monthly and adhoc payment runsMaintenance of finance ledgers ensuring accuracy and integrityCash flow projectionsAssist with auditors, tax advisors and other third party service providersVAT/CIS and other statutory complianceThe successful candidate will be a Qualified Accountant, ideally with experience of working within the real estate sector.
