Head of Sales

Circa £70,000 + Bonus, Car and Benefits packageHead office: South Yorkshire (Hybrid)Elevation Recruitment are seeking a dynamic and commercially driven Head of Sales on behalf of one of our key clients, a leading manufacturer of fire safety systems.This is a senior leadership role within a specialist manufacturing business that supplies innovative safety-critical systems across both UK and international markets.In the UK, their clients include architects, specifiers, and project stakeholders involved in large-scale developments. Internationally, they work closely with distribution partners, providing them with the tools, knowledge, and support needed to deliver outstanding results in their local markets.Key Responsibilities:Lead, motivate, and develop the sales team to achieve and exceed revenue targets.Define and implement sales strategies tailored to both UK project-driven sales and international distribution channels.Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders including architects, specifiers, and distribution partners.Collaborate with the senior leadership team to shape business growth plans and market positioning.Ensure compliance with sector-specific requirements, providing clients with confidence in the safety and reliability of our solutions.What you will bring:Proven experience in senior sales leadership, with a track record of delivering growth across multiple territories.Strong understanding of both project-based sales (ideally with architects/specifiers) and international distributor management.Experience in safety-critical systems, ideally within the fire safety or wider building safety sector - desirableExceptional leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and mentor a high-performing team.Commercially astute, strategic, and highly effective in building trust with technical and commercial stakeholders alike.This is a rare opportunity to shape the future sales direction of a specialist manufacturer with a strong reputation in the sector.
