Senior Quality Manager

As the Senior Quality Manager, you will lead, mentor, and manage the VolkerFitzpatrick Quality Managers to oversee activities related to the implementation and development of the Quality Management System, as well as supporting projects in the Aviation division.Qualifications and Experience

Chartered Quality Manager (MCQI CQP - Member, Chartered Quality Professional).Lead Auditor (ISO 9001:2008) with demonstrable experience of 1st, 2nd, and 3rd party audits.Diploma in Quality Management, ideally with an engineering background (Civil/Mechanical/Structural).Experience leading teams of Quality professionals/engineers in a similar role.Site-based construction experience in heavy civils, building, or rail sectors.Strong presentation, written, analytical, and IT skills.Training and presentation experience at all organizational levels, preferably trained to ''Train the Trainer''.Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to guide, educate, and train others.Self-confidence to build strong internal and external relationships.About VolkerFitzpatrick
