As our client''s customer base expands, we''re looking for a confident, people-focused, and sales-driven customer experience professional to join their team. This is a key front-of-house role where you''ll combine customer interaction, lead nurturing, and general office support. As Showroom Host and Sales Support Coordinator, you''ll be the first point of contact for walk-in visitors, phone enquiries, and online leads. You''ll engage customers in the showroom, understand their needs, and confidently follow up on opportunities to help convert interest into sales. Alongside your sales support responsibilities, you''ll play an important role in keeping the office running smoothly through day-to-day administration.
