Job Description Assisting/supporting the Head of Internal Communications, a senior Manager in the Corporate Communications Team; Assisting multiple communications projects relating to Internal Communications; Liaising with a broad range of stakeholders/third parties in conjunction with the Head of Internal Communications, including creative agencies, multiple suppliers, partnerships (Goodwood), local community and clients where and when necessary; Dealing with highly confidential and sensitive topics and documents and handling this information appropriately; Professionally dealing with incoming enquiries, and filtering these as appropriate; Project management / tracking of project status; Presentation production, generation of collateral (documents, spreadsheets etc.) and general administration where specific to projects; Supporting the organising and facilitating of internal events, including but not limited to the CR Leadership Forums, T Forums and other staff engagement activities both on and off site; Creating digital content and managing digital channels ..... full job details .....
