Architectural TechnicianLocation: CambridgeSalary: 32-36,000 A well-established and design-led architectural practice based in Cambridge is looking to appoint a skilled Architectural Technician to join its friendly and collaborative team. The successful Architectural Technician will contribute to a varied workload of medium to large scale schemes across residential, commercial, retail, leisure, and heritage sectors across the South and East of England. This role provides the chance to play an important part in delivering projects from early design stages through to completion on site.Key Responsibilities for an Architectural Technician:Prepare accurate technical drawings, specifications, and full construction packagesSupport the preparation of planning applications and technical submissionsProduce and coordinate drawing packages across various RIBA work stagesWork closely with consultants, contractors, and internal team members to ensure effective coordinationAssist in project delivery while ensuring compliance with current UK Building Regulations and standardsAttend site visits and meetings as requiredRequirements for the Architectural Technician role:Relevant qualification in Architectural Technology or a similar fieldPrevious experience within a UK architectural practiceGood working knowledge of UK Building Regulations and construction methodsProven ability to produce detailed technical drawings across multiple project stagesStrong communication skills with a proactive ..... full job details .....
