With a reputation for delivering complex, high-profile projects across the housing, regeneration, infrastructure and environmental sectors, this is a fantastic opportunity to take your career to the next level.This UK-wide team is highly regarded for its work on major urban regeneration schemes, infrastructure developments, estate renewal programmes, and environmental matters. You will advise on complex planning applications and strategic planning reviews, draft and negotiate Section 106 and Section 278 agreements, advise on CPO (Compulsory Purchase Orders), enforcement, and public inquiries and provide strategic and legal advice on major mixed-use and residential developments.Responsibilities

The ideal candidate will be:UK-qualified solicitor with NQ - 5 years\'' PQE in Planning LawExperienced advising on Section 106 / 278 agreements, enforcement, and planning due diligenceCommercially aware with a strategic mindsetOn offer is the opportunity to work on nationally significant and high-profile planning matters, joining a dynamic and supportive national team with a track record of growth.
