Key Responsibilities: Operate CNC and woodworking machinery in a fast-paced setting Set up and run Weinig machines (moulders, planers, profilers, etc.) Monitor production quality and maintain operational efficiency Follow health and safety protocols and production procedures Requirements: CNC machine operating experience is essential Experience with Weinig machinery highly desirable Background in high-volume manufacturing or timber/MDF production FLT Combi or Sideloader licences are a plus Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Own transport required due to location and shift hours What We Offer: Permanent full-time positions 4-day working week (Monday to Thursday) - enjoy long weekends every week!
