The role: 

• Lead and support our talented nursing team.
• Shape and advance the practice’s nursing agenda.
• Deliver and oversee core nursing skills, including immunisations, chronic disease management, and a range of screening and diagnostic services.
• Bring expertise in diabetes management.

 
The candidate:

• Experience as a practice or senior nurse role is desirable. 
• Ability to lead, mentor and support nursing colleagues.
• Proficient in core nursing skills: immunisations, wound care, screening, and diagnostics. 
• Excellent communication skills
