You will assist conveyancers and solicitors with the smooth progression of residential sales and purchases.This will include preparing documentation, liaising with clients, estate agents, mortgage brokers, and other parties, and ensuring deadlines are met.Draft and review standard conveyancing documentsManage client communications and maintain case filesCarry out property searches and investigationsKeep accurate records and update case management systemsOther ad hoc administrative duties.Skills and Qualifications

Previous paralegal experience in residential conveyancing is essentialExcellent organisational and communication skillsStrong attention to detail and ability to multitaskProactive, reliable, and keen to learnConfident IT skills and willingness to learn new systemsOn Offer
