This is an excellent opportunity to play a key role in the delivery of high-profile developments, working from concept through to completion within a collaborative, multidisciplinary environment.You will lead project teams, interface directly with clients and stakeholders, and contribute to the strategic growth of our commercial and sports portfolio across the UK.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the design and delivery of complex commercial and sports projects across all RIBA stagesTake ownership of projects, ensuring design quality, technical excellence, and programme deliveryAct as the primary point of contact for clients, consultants, and contractorsManage and mentor junior architects and architectural staffCoordinate multidisciplinary design teams and oversee consultant inputPrepare and review planning, tender, and construction documentationEnsure compliance with UK Building Regulations, planning policy, and industry standardsContribute to bid submissions, presentations, and client interviewsSkills and ExperienceARB registered Architect with strong post-qualification experienceProven background in commercial and/or sports architecture (stadia, arenas, training facilities, mixed-use ..... full job details .....
