About the Role

This is an exciting role to join an existing group of skilled development and investment professionals, enhancing the team capabilities and becoming an integral part of a new and rapidly growing business. We are searching for someone who is comfortable with and enjoys building financial models for projects, but moreover, who can simplify those models to core criteria such that project value can be maximised for Customers and colleagues alike. You will be a highly valued and trusted member of our ambitious and hardworking team, in a business that continues to scale to new heights.Main Responsibilities

Production and ownership of various financial / development models for Yondr projectsProduction of presentation material for senior management, board members, financial institutions and joint venture partnersResearch and analysis of market trendsInvestment appraisal and financial analysis of developmentsSupport in customer marketing and pricing proposalsAssistance in commercial negotiations with strategic partners or customersQualifications and experience

Finance background at an investment bank, corporate finance house, Big 4 corporate finance or transaction servicesDesire to learn about the dynamics and trends of digital infrastructureExperience in financial modelling and investment appraisalsProficient on microsoft excel, with excellent numerical and analytical skillsFlexible and dynamic - self-motivated, results driven, ability to deal with changeExperience in financial modelling and investment appraisalsTeam player, with exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to influence and add valueAt Yondr, we want to enhance the diversity, equity, inclusion and belonging of our workforce to reflect the world we live in.
