A leading developer is actively looking for a site manager to join their team on a housing job in Stevenage on a shorter term contract. The scheme is a large housing development, consisting of over 350 traditional build units. This particular position you will be involved with managing the brickwork and roofing and ensuring HandS is followed on this small phase of the project. Your duties as site manager will include: Following program Site set up Ensuring HandS is followed Managing the externals Keeping records up to date Managing subcontractors on site Chairing daily meetings You must have experience working a site manager on housing projects previously to be considered for this role with experience overseeing externals a must.
