As a IT Support Engineer your duties will include: Diagnosing and resolving hardware and software issues Maintaining Active Directory Building laptops and integrating company software Manage security vulnerabilities Troubleshoot/solve network issues Provide 1st/2nd Line Support Technical training Manage and maintain EntraID and Microsoft Intune An ideal candidate for the IT Support Engineer will have: Relevant degree in Computer Science Working knowledge or M365, SharePoint, OneDrive, Active Directory, Jira, Confluence, EntraID and Intune Understanding of networking concepts Drive to improve existing systems Full Driving license.
