We are seeking a freelance Bar Manager to oversee the delivery and execution of events across multiple sites in London.The person we are looking for must have a real passion for food and events. Maintain an efficient bar and stock roomSupervise bar staff with the ability to motivate your teamEnsure safe and secure handling of bar stocks, till operation and cashEnsure strict compliance with the venue’s Responsible Service of Alcohol policyPlace stock ordersInteract with customers (including serving food and drink) and maintain high standards of customer serviceComply with health and safety regulations at all timesTill and counter serviceSupport hospitality services and eventsMaintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in your areaMaintain food safety and health and safety to meet legal and company requirementsHazard and defect reportingLead and train staff with a positive attitudeMultitask and work in a busy, fast-paced environmentExcellent communication, influencing and interpersonal skills with a confident and outgoing personalityRequirements

The role requiresAt least one year''s experience in a management role within hospitality and bar managementExperience in front-of-house management and a strong eye for detailSelf-motivated with a customer-focused approachBenefits
