The Role: As a Family Law Solicitor you will: Advise and manage a broad spectrum of family law matters, including divorce, dissolution of civil partnerships, financial settlements, child arrangements, maintenance, cohabitation, prenuptial/cohabitation agreements, and domestic violence/injunctions Conduct face-to-face meetings (where needed) and remote consultations Work with clients through negotiation, mediation, and where necessary court proceedings Prepare documentation, negotiations, advocacy and representation in court (depending on experience) Act in accordance with the Resolution Code of Practice and promote constructive solutions Collaborate with colleagues to maintain high standards of service, client care and professionalism The Firm are looking for: A qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with experience in family law (3 years plus PQE) A strong communicator with excellent client care skills Organised, self-motivated and able to manage your own caseload Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team Minimum 3 years PQE with strong technical abilityin family law Experience in financial remedy and privatechildren matters essential Confidence in managing HNW and emotionallysensitive cases A discreet, compassionate and commerciallyminded approach Desire to contribute to business ..... full job details .....
