Guildmore Planned Works are seeking an experienced Contracts Manager to ensure the effective and efficient operational management and delivery of contracts. The role requires strong leadership, excellent commercial awareness, and a commitment to customer satisfaction, health and safety, and operational excellence. The Contracts Manager will professionally line-manage all operational direct reports, ensuring high levels of competency, training, and engagement with the supply chain. The postholder will ensure strict adherence to all contract requirements and the Guildmore QEMS System across all contracted works. Key ResponsibilitiesOperational and Contract Management Oversee all operational aspects of contract delivery, ensuring client expectations are met and positive working relationships are maintained. Continuously monitor contract performance and ensure KPIs are consistently achieved. Manage resources efficiently to meet all contractual obligations. Develop, monitor, and deliver project mobilisation plans, ensuring all monthly project forms and Guildmore contractor reports are accurate and comprehensive. Monitor and review project cashflow, ensuring commercial performance and profit targets are achieved. Ensure full compliance with the Guildmore QEMS System, including all processes, forms, procedures, and policies aligned to ISO standards.
