Due to continued growth, they now seek to appoint an Intermediate Quantity Surveyor to join their Regional Commercial team in Basingstoke on a permanent basis. Projects are a combination of mid to high-end traditional build developments ranging from 50 - multiphased to 300-unit schemes. This is an excellent opportunity to develop your career within a structured, supportive business, working on large-scale residential developments alongside experienced commercial and operational teams. This is a newly created role to help support the continued growth within the region.Your new role Reporting to a commercial Director and working closely with a senior surveyor, you will be responsible for all commercial activity across 2 ongoing Hampshire schemes supporting the successful delivery of projects from restart through to final account.
