I am currently working with a high growth Food and Beverage company who are looking for a Management Accountant to come and join a growing team. This is a perfect role from someone who has come from practice and has a commercial mindset to support commercial direction of the business. My client is high growth creating lots of opportunities, they have a small but highly impactful team, you will be reporting into the Finance Director and a doted line into the founder of the company. For this role you will be responsible; Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with the companies growth. Oversee all day to day financial operations including accounting, reporting and treasury. Own the cash flow forecasting to ensure financial stability. Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and standards. Support expansion into new markets with robust financial planning and risk assessment. Business partner with stakeholders and influence decision making. Foster continuous improvement and professional development. For this role you will need to be ACA/ ACCA/ CIMA qualified and have experience working in a start-up/ fast growing company however not essential. You will need to have a growth attitude and someone who is adaptable to change to keep up with the current growth of the business. This role is paying between £60,000 - £70,000 + bonus.
