Overview

You will act as the single, accountable face of delivery to the client and Infosys leadership, driving strategic transformation, operational excellence, and sustained value creation. This leader will own the end-to-end delivery strategy, execution, and governance across service lines within key accounts in the Financial Services Europe segment. The role requires close collaboration with Client Partners, Delivery Heads, and cross-functional teams to deliver differentiated solutions, manage financial performance, and foster innovation.Responsibilities

Strategic Account Leadership: Serve as the single point of delivery ownership for strategic Financial Services clients, ensuring seamless execution across service lines and geographies.Strategic Account Leadership: Co-develop and execute joint business plans with Client Partners and Market Units to drive account growth, profitability, and transformation.Strategic Account Leadership: Partner with Industry Heads to identify and develop sector-specific opportunities including decarbonization, grid modernization, digital field services, and asset optimization.PandL Management and Governance: Jointly own the account PandL and deliver revenue and margin targets through proactive cost, quality, and risk management.PandL Management and Governance: Drive account-level planning including revenue forecasting, workforce planning, competency roadmaps, and digital transformation strategy.PandL Management and Governance: Monitor delivery KPIs, resourcing, and compliance with Infosys quality and governance standards.Transformation and Innovation: Champion innovation and transformation within client delivery—leveraging Infosys'' digital frameworks (Insight, Innovate, Accelerate, Assure, Experience) to deliver measurable outcomes.Transformation and Innovation: Embed automation, AI/ML, and platform-based solutions to improve productivity and client value.Transformation and Innovation: Identify opportunities to deploy industry accelerators and reusable solutions to improve time-to-market and competitiveness.Strategic Program Execution: Anchor large, complex, and strategic delivery programs, ensuring they meet defined business and technology goals.Strategic Program Execution: Lead and oversee high-impact digital and cloud modernization initiatives, AI-led initiatives across Financial Services clients with a specific focus on asset management line of business.Strategic Program Execution: Drive portfolio-level governance, change management, and program assurance across delivery units.Client Relationship Management: Act as a strategic advisor to senior client stakeholders, building trusted partnerships and driving executive-level engagement.Client Relationship Management: Lead customer success programs, regularly monitor CSAT/ESAT, and proactively manage delivery issues and escalations.Client Relationship Management: Shape and guide client transformation agendas through insightful thought leadership and domain-led storytelling.People and Capability Development: Lead and motivate cross-functional delivery teams, fostering a high-performance culture.People and Capability Development: Drive reskilling and upskilling aligned to client needs, with an emphasis on digital competencies, agile delivery, and FS domain depth with a specific focus on capital markets and asset management.People and Capability Development: Mentor and coach senior delivery managers, creating a leadership pipeline within the account.Industry and Ecosystem Collaboration: Establish and nurture strategic alliances with partners to deliver integrated, value-driven offerings for the Banking and Capital Markets segment.Industry and Ecosystem Collaboration: Participate in external forums, industry panels, and working groups to enhance Infosys'' visibility and influence in the FS domain.Industry and Ecosystem Collaboration: Contribute to solution roadmaps, domain IP development, and sector-specific value propositions.Success Metrics

15+ years of experience in IT/consulting with at least 5+ years of leadership experience managing delivery in the Energy and Utilities sector.Demonstrated experience in leading complex transformation engagements (e.g., Smart Grid, DERMS, Asset Lifecycle, Customer Experience).Strong knowledge of utility operations, industry platforms (SAP IS-U, Oracle Utilities, AVEVA, GE), and regulatory dynamics.Proven track record of driving PandL, delivery governance, and stakeholder engagement in large global accounts.Expertise in project/program management, digital transformation, and agile delivery methods.Expertise in E2E data value chain in data and analytics; should have managed multiple complex engagements in data and analytics domain.Experience in solving business problems in any of the industries; understanding of E2E functional flows of the customer business.Able to understand the architecture on any Hyper-scaler and identify potential opportunities for improvement (especially on Azure stack and DataBricks).Able to create a business plan for expanding business - potential business opportunities/competition strengths, weaknesses, continuous improvement, innovation, and growth mindset, strategic thinking and execution.Deep EandU domain knowledgeDeep understanding of data technology landscape and DNA solution offeringsClient relationship and stakeholder managementInnovation and change leadershipRisk management and quality assuranceStrong communication and executive presenceInfosys is a global leader in next-generation digital services and consulting.
