Estimator - TEMP TO PERM

Full Time – Temporary to Permanent

Location: Leicester

Hours: Monday to Friday Office Hours   

Basic Salary: £28,000.00 to £30,000.00 Per Annum

Our client is a highly reputable engineering company established for well over 40 years with a huge presence across the UK. They have gone from strength to strength and experiencing organic growth. Due to huge growth, they are now seeking an enthusiastic and self-motivated Sales Estimator on a Temporary to Permanent basis and contribute a busy fast paced working environment as a Sales Estimator

Estimator role:

• Ensure customer requirements are identified clearly and communicate the needs of the customer to internal and relevant departments
• Manage and review customer quotations and undertake contract reviews to ensure ensure correct pricing is maintained
• Input accurate pricing and date on to internal database as a Estimator
• Act as point of contact for customer enquires relating to Technical and Sales quotations
• Coordinate appointments on behalf of the Commercial Manager and as a Estimator
• Liaise with internal stakeholders ensuring capacity and capability is in place as a Estimator and provide accurate lead times as a Sales Estimator
• Undertake ad hoc duties as and when required
• Provide a great professional customer service to clients as an Estimator and be customer focussed.

Estimator requirements:

• Proven experience within a manufacturing environment as a Sales Estimator or Estimator
• Estimating experience is ESSENTIAL
• Ability to manage workload independently and meet deadlines.
• Effective communication and analytical skills.
