Employment Relations Advisor
A leading fashion business is looking to appoint an experienced ER Advisor to join their collaborative People team. This role will play a crucial part in supporting employee relations cases, delivering training to line managers, and driving positive workplace culture across both head office and warehouse environments. You will work closely with the wider HR team to ensure consistent application of policies and procedures, provide expert guidance on a wide range of ER issues, and build strong relationships across the business.
