Market leading, family owned and run Main Contractor currently seeking an experienced Contracts Manager to hit the ground running and assume responsibility for 2 new build care home projects, both JCT and around £10M in value, reporting to the Senior Management Team.This company cares about its employees - this is demonstrated by way of ensuring Contracts Managers only run 2 jobs at a time, which is rare in todays market. Consistent experience in DandB projects, ideally including Care Homes is required, although experience of new build schools, student accommodation, housing and retirement is also considered. Proven track record in design and build (DandB) projects, ideally including care homes; experience of new build schools, student accommodation, housing and retirement living is also considered.Strong client-facing skills.Ability to manage two live projects at a time (as the role involves responsibility for 2 new build care home projects).Benefits
