Preparing and presenting dishes to a high standardSupporting the Head Chef and Sous Chef in daily kitchen operationsMaintaining cleanliness and hygiene standardsEnsuring compliance with food safety regulationsAssisting with stock control and ordering

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Chef de Partie or similar roleStrong knowledge of food preparation and kitchen safetyAbility to work under pressure and as part of a teamA passion for food and attention to detailRelevant culinary qualifications (preferred)
