About the position: The successful candidate for our Jaguar Land Rover Technician position will have previous experience in a similar role and strong teamwork skills. The Jaguar Land Rover Technician position involves:- Carrying out service, diagnosis, repair and maintenance of Jaguar Land Rover vehicles to excellent standards.- Communicating with the Service Manager and other internal team members.- Speaking with customers on occasion to provide your expert, technical opinion.- Maintaining thorough and up-to-date product knowledge.- Demonstrate support to the other technicians when required. - Exceptional high customer service levels that lead to customer loyalty and referrals.- Excellent housekeeping standards and orderly administration of your work. About our requirements: We expect our new Technician to demonstrate some skills that will prove very beneficial in the position, including: Being Level 2 or above Jaguar Land Rover Experience or equivalent level of qualification within another brand as well as;- Aptitude for multi-tasking.- A keen eye for detail.- Quality awareness.- Good communication skills.- Full driving licence.
