Rate: £48.41-£52.76phKey Responsibilities: Providing operational legal advice to officers and staff across the force.Advocacy in the Magistrates'' Court and other courts, particularly in relation to preventative orders.Supporting legal matters connected to policing operations and regulatory frameworks.Where applicable, assisting with matters connected to Professional Standards Department (PSD) Required Experience (in order of priority): Operational policing advice and court advocacy experience, particularly relating to preventative orders.Professional Standards Department (PSD) experience (desirable where available).Other relevant police law experience gained within a police force or similar public sector environment.
