Bookkeeper
Role Overview: We are seeking a highly organised, detail-oriented Bookkeeper to join a busy and collaborative team. This role will take responsibility for maintaining accurate financial records, supporting day-to-day accounting processes, and ensuring the smooth running of purchase and sales ledger activities. You will also assist with procurement-related tasks, contributing to the efficient management of supplier relationships and cost control. The position offers excellent training and development opportunities across all aspects of bookkeeping and finance.Key Responsibilities:Maintain accurate financial records, including purchase and sales ledger entriesProcess supplier invoices, ensuring correct coding and timely paymentsRaise and manage purchase orders, ensuring alignment with budgetsReconcile supplier statements and resolve any discrepanciesPerform regular bank and credit card reconciliationsSupport accounts payable and receivable functionsAssist with month-end processes and financial reportingMaintain and update supplier and financial databasesLiaise with suppliers to obtain quotes and manage pricing where requiredEnsure all financial documentation is accurate and properly filedAssist with cost tracking and project-related financial administrationProvide general administrative and finance support to the wider teamExperience Ideally Required for This Role:2+ years'' experience in a Bookkeeper roleStrong experience with purchase ledger, sales ledger, and ..... full job details .....
