For someone who has recently qualified and already gained exposure to BTR or PBSA, this is a chance to step into true business partnering - influencing decision-making at the sharp end of a growing portfolio.Responsibilities

Partnering directly with budget holders in Build to Rent and Build to Sell (with BTR as the long-term focus).Leading on budgeting, forecasting and business planning.Presenting financial analysis in a clear and commercial way to non-finance stakeholders.Improving processes and embedding best practice across the commercial finance function.Supporting investment and cashflow analysis for new developments.Qualifications

Newly qualified ACA/ACCA/CIMA (or equivalent).Experience gained in the living sectors (BTR, PBSA, residential).Strong communication skills - able to influence senior non-finance stakeholders.A problem-solver with the initiative to shape processes in a growing function.This is a role for someone who wants to grow quickly and build a career in commercial finance within the living sector.
