Regional Sales Manager
We are looking for an ambitious and results-driven Senior Sales Manager to lead our Eastern region sales team. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced sales leader to manage a team of Territory Managers, drive sales to independent carpet retailers and contractors, and contribute to overall business growth. Key Responsibilities: Lead, motivate, and develop a team of Territory Managers to achieve and exceed sales targets. Implement regional sales strategies in collaboration with the Sales Director and Senior Regional Managers. Build strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders across multiple levels. Identify new business opportunities, reactivate dormant accounts, and maximise territory growth. Deliver coaching, training, and support to drive team performance and professional development. Ensure accurate CRM records and reporting on sales activity and pipeline. Organize and support client engagement initiatives, including Lunch and Learn sessions and CPDs. Skills and Experience: Proven track record in managing high-performing sales teams. Strong commercial awareness with strategic thinking and planning skills. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities. Ability to manage multiple priorities, work under pressure, and deliver results. Experience in the carpet, flooring, or related industry is advantageous but not essential. Ideally based in East Anglia, North London, East Midlands, or nearby. Benefits: ..... full job details .....
