Site Manager Position: Site Manager , Location: Northwich
Contract role 6 weeks
Salary: Dependent on experience

SMSTS (Site Management safety training Scheme) -
First Aid -
CSCS (Black)
Background -
Comes from a trade background
- Commercial Project experience
Project Scheme: Office Interior
Shift patterns: 7.30am until 5pm - Monday to Friday
Responsibilities -
Manage subcontractors and coordinate day-to-day site operations
-Conduct Health & Safety inspections, including regular site assessments
- Oversee Labour management and monitor project progress to meet deadlines
- Coordinating with subcontractors, suppliers and project stakeholders. - Overseeing site operations
- Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget to the highest quality Skills and Competences
- Strong Leadership and organizational skills - Excellent communication skills
- Able to work to deadlines and be target driven
