I am excited to be recruiting for a leading financial planning firm who are looking for an experienced Financial Services Administrator. You would be joining an existing, highly experienced team. They are looking for someone to deal with the day-to-day administration requirements of the business and working to their service level agreements. Key responsibilities Requesting and collating plan information Assisting in client meeting preparation Preparing client letters and illustrations Liaising with clients and providers Producing and sending portfolio reports to clients Preparing review documents for adviser Preparing fund performance information Trading and new business processing My client is looking for someone with a minimum of 2 years of experience working within a similar role and someone who is keen to progress. Along with all of the above they are looking for someone with great communication skills, attention to detail, who is professional and a team player.
