Class 1 Driver

We need Class 1 Driver for different sites in Slough, Greenford, Park Royal and a possible Christmas depot over the festive period near Reading

Your Class 1 Driver Daily duties will include:

• Transport of Mail on Cages (York’s) to various RDC''s round the UK
• Offloading of cages on loading bays
• Possible trailer swaps
• Possible stand by driver

To be considered for this Class 1 Driver role, you must already live in the UK and have right to live and work in the UK, before applying, and be able to provide 5 years background checks and give permission for a DBS police check

You will also need the following:

• Current UK/Ireland Driving Licence held for minimum 12 months since passing
• Current CPC card Digi card with the knowledge to input manual entry  
• Have experience on the road and be able to pass a thorough driving assessment and written test
• Have no criminal record - Police DBS Checkable

Our client is looking for an experienced Class 1 Driver to join their busy team for ongoing assignments for the rest of the year and possibly into next year.  For the right candidate, this could go further
