Staffline are hiring!Vacancy-Quality ManagerHours of work-Monday-Friday, 6am-4pmSalary up to £41,(Apply online only) D.O.E Our ideal candidate will have working knowledge of Quality Management systems, with knowledge of ISO9001/ IATF16949/AS9100, and experience of metal finishing processes In your role as Quality Manager: You will be responsible for Quality management on the shop floorInternal auditingMaintenance of QMSTo provide support and guidance in relation to quality management and assurance for site.Ensuring continuous site quality conformity in relation to the products processes.To ensure site complies with the requirements of ISO9001/IATF16949/AS9100 Quality management systems, ISO14001 Environmental Management Systems, along with any customer specific requirements specified.Arranging and Management of external audit activity for customers.Managing the Quality Department Maintaining HR files, new starter inductions and including training. Supervising Quality inspectorsArranging and controlling internal and external equipment, calibration.Maintenance of controlled documentation, including FMEA, Control Plans, SOP s and care pointsManaging APQP activities, including producing PPAP s when required. To be considered for the role of Quality Manager: Experience in a similar management roleExperience of metal finishing processesFamiliarisation of Core tool: FMEA, APQP, PPAP, MSA and SPCAble to work under pressure and use initiative to get tasks completed.Ability to ..... full job details .....
