We are currently seeking a skilled and reliable individual to join their team to assist with a range of minor adaptations, repairs, general maintenance, and building works in domestic properties. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with hands-on experience in property maintenance and a passion for improving the living conditions of social housing tenants. Duties: Carrying out minor adaptations such as installing handrails, grab rails, or ramps. Conducting general property repairs and maintenance tasks. Completing small-scale building works to ensure homes are safe and functional. Responding promptly and professionally to maintenance requests. Ensuring all work is carried out to a high standard and in compliance with health and safety regulations. Communicating effectively with tenants and staff to minimise disruption during works. Requirements: Proven experience in a similar maintenance or multi-trade role. Strong knowledge of domestic repairs, building works, and adaptations. Ability to work independently and manage a varied workload. Excellent customer service skills and a respectful, professional manner when working in tenants'' homes.
