Surrounded by 9 acres of tranquil countryside, the property features 8 elegant bedrooms, two characterful cottages, and a relaunched restaurant and bar offering a blend of traditional and contemporary English cuisine. The Role We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Breakfast Chef to join their kitchen team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a passionate chef who enjoys working independently and takes pride in delivering a high-quality breakfast experience. You ll be responsible for preparing and serving a variety of breakfast dishes, ensuring guests start their day with an exceptional meal. Key Responsibilities Prepare and cook breakfast to order for hotel guests and occasional walk-ins Set up and manage the breakfast section efficiently each morning Ensure consistent quality, presentation, and portion control Maintain a clean, organised kitchen and follow food safety standards Assist with stock control and prep for the following day when needed Communicate effectively with front-of-house and kitchen team members About You Previous experience as a Breakfast Chef or in a similar kitchen role Confident working independently in a morning kitchen setting Strong time management and organisational skills A passion for fresh ingredients and well-executed breakfast dishes Knowledge of food hygiene and ..... full job details .....
