Our client, a leading logistics and 3PL company, is seeking a dedicated and results-driven individual to join their team as a Night Shift Operations Manager on permanent nights.

About the Role:
As the Night Shift Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of night-time warehouse operations, ensuring efficiency, productivity, and adherence to health and safety standards. You will lead and motivate a team, drive continuous improvement initiatives, and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and coordinate all night-time warehouse activities.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of warehouse operatives.
• Ensure accurate inventory management and order fulfilment.
• Implement and maintain strict health and safety protocols.
• Optimise warehouse layouts and processes for maximum efficiency.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations.
• Report on key performance indicators (KPIs) and identify areas for improvement.

• Proven experience as a Shift Manager, preferably within a logistics or 3PL environment.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent understanding of warehouse operations, including inventory control, dispatch, and receiving.
• Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS).
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Commitment to working permanent night shifts.
