This role requires exceptional patience, adaptability, and tact to handle a complex personality with a high degree of professionalism.About the Role
As the Personal Assistant to our CEO, you will be responsible for:Managing and coordinating diaries and travel for both business and personal commitmentsWorking closely with the CEO’s wife to support the joint schedule and needsEnsuring the CEO attends meetings and events on timeBuilding a trusted, professional relationship with the CEO to facilitate smooth communication and supportCommunicating effectively across teams and external contactsSupporting team members as requiredHandling ad hoc tasks to support the CEO, the business, and the wider teamManaging complex personalities to support positive outcomes across the businessSuccess in this role requires resilience, resourcefulness, and the ability to manage daily management challenges with tact and professionalism. The ideal candidate will be exceptionally patient, discreet, and adept at navigating complex personalities and unpredictable schedules.Key Responsibilities
Build a strong, trustworthy, and mutually respectful professional relationship with the CEO and team membersWork closely with the CEO to ensure maximum output and productivityProblem solve within a fast-paced, intense environmentSchedule appointments and manage the CEO and team calendars as appropriateNote and action management for the CEO across weekly meetings and diary calls/meetingsTake full notes during meetings and prepare minutes for distribution to the teamProvide delegation support and prioritise tasksSet reminders for meetings and deadlines to ensure they are metArrange travel and accommodationLiaise with staff, clients, and partners professionallyPrepare expense reports and maintain filing systemsWho We’re Looking For
Resilient, patient, and highly resourcefulStrong communicator with excellent diplomacyExceptionally well-organised and a keen timekeeperFriendly, professional, and approachableCalm and proactive in a high-pressure, unpredictable environmentForward-thinking and proactive in managing prioritiesExtensive experience (minimum 10 years) in a senior PA/EA role within a corporate settingExperience working in fast-paced, global organisations preferredDetails
