We are seeking a skilled MIG and TIG Welder to join our clients dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of welding techniques and be proficient in both MIG and TIG welding processes. Package 15.96 ph rising to 19.37 Monday to Thursday 2pm - 10pm , Friday 10am - 8.20pm Temp to Perm Main Activities/Responsibilities: Communication with the Production Leader daily if any instruction is required Being pro-active to ensure workstations are set up with the required product and tools To ensure that all the products welded adhere to the highest quality standards To ensure that the factory achieves and performs at agreed efficiency levels To liaise closely with other departments to ensure we have a good working relationship to enable us all to work as one team and not as individuals Education and Experience: MIG/TIG Welding qualification Ability to read CAD drawing for weld instruction Ability to pass introduction weld test At Cogent Staffing, we are committed to ethical recruitment practices and fostering an inclusive workplace.
