As part of our tailor team at our own studio, you’ll be working on alterations and repairs of items from high-end luxury to the everyday customer.KEY COMPETENCIES

We don’t expect you to have everything in this list, but if you have some of these skills as well as the core competencies, we’d love to hear from you.Tailoring experience in a variety of garments and fabricsComfortable and capable using industrial machines such as overlocker and industrial ironsKnowledge of how to repair menswearKnowledge of fitting garments, alterations, repairs, re-sizing and quality controlKnowledge of various fabrics, material properties and clothing constructionKnowledge of pattern cutting, hand sewing and garment decorationExperience in hand sewing and finishing, including the final decoration such as attaching buttons and labelsExperience working with customers in person, pinning and customer interactionsABOUT YOU
