The organisation has a multibillion-pound turnover and specialises in a wide variety of commercial and residential properties, not just across the UK, but globally.The organisation is a leading management agent but also delivers technical FM services to numerous clients and this role would be leading the delivery of Health, Safety and Fire for a major commercial site in Grays, Essex, on behalf of the client. This role will report to the Health and Safety Director and work closely with the General manager day-day.Responsibilities of the Health and Safety Manager will include: Engaging with key stakeholders on site location to drive a positive health and safety culture.Assessment of the health and safety management systems to ensure that it reflects best practice.Conducting site inspections as required, working closely with local partners and teams, as well as external specialist consultants, across the commercial portfolio.
