Manufacturing Team Leader We re seeking a driven and experienced individual from a manufacturing background who s built their career from the ground up. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who has demonstrable experience in a manufacturing environment, ideally within the same business, and has progressed into supervisory or team leadership responsibilities. Duties include: Team Leadership and Development Planning and Coordination Resource and Stock Control Quality, Safety and Compliance Supervise and coordinate production staff, escalating concerns as needed Train, support, and evaluate team members to boost performance and productivity Lead daily planning meetings and communicate expectations clearly Support inductions, probation reviews, return-to-work interviews, and absence management Champion a culture of continuous learning and improvement across the team Organise daily production plans, work orders, and manufacturing sheets Update the manufacturing planner and contribute to daily production meetings Record performance data to track targets and identify gaps Collaborate with purchasing Support creation of picking lists Monitor material usage, stock levels, and shortages to maintain accuracy Control ..... full job details .....
