You will be joining a friendly and supportive team renowned for their culture.DescriptionAs a Family Childcare Solicitor your duties will include:Provide expert legal advice and representation in matters related to family and childcare law.Manage legal documents, including court applications and statements.Conduct legal research and maintain up-to-date knowledge of changes in relevant legislation.Represent clients in court proceedings and liaise with other professionals.Manage a caseload efficiently, ensuring deadlines and client expectations are met.Offer guidance to clients on procedures and their rights.Maintain accurate and organised client records and case files.ProfileA successful Family Childcare Solicitor should ideally have at least 2PQE working in childcare work.
