Job Description:

A secondary school in Andover is seeking a committed and compassionate Teaching Assistant to join their team from September 2025. This full-time role offers a contract through to Easter, with the possibility of extension. You will be working closely with students who have Education, Health and Care Plans (EHCPs), providing vital 1:1 and small group support to help them thrive academically, socially, and emotionally.

As a Teaching Assistant, you will collaborate with teaching staff to deliver personalised support, helping students stay focused, build confidence, and make meaningful progress.
