Are you an experienced HR Advisor, able to use HR systems effectively for continuous improvement, automation of workflow and data?This Senior HR Advisor position will act as the first point of contact for HR queries, a true HR Generalist role with responsibility for managing employee relations casework and supporting managers through people processes, with the opportunity to be involved in HR projects and continuous improvement.The organisation operates in a complex, fast-moving commercial environment where people capability and leadership effectiveness are central to business success.Key Senior HR Advisor Responsibilities:Manage employee relations casework, including disciplinary, grievance, capability, absence and performance matters.Attend formal meetings and hearings as the HR representative, ensuring processes are fair, consistent and compliant.Provide clear, pragmatic guidance to managers, balancing legal requirements with commercial reality.Support the development, review and implementation of HR policies.Monitor UK employment legislation and ensure policies and processes remain compliant and up to date.Coach and support managers on best practice people management, including conduct, absence and performance management.Deliver training and ..... full job details .....
