Corporate Tax Director - London City. Highly Competitive and Equity Potential.This is a rare opportunity for an experienced and ambitious Corporate Tax Director to join one of London''s most highly regarding tax teams. This role offers the chance for a lucrative Equity Partner role.Responsibilities

Provide predominantly domestic corporate tax advisory and planning work, including ad hoc planning and project-based work.Oversee a large and complex portfolio of existing clients, ranging from owner-managed companies to quoted groups.Manage a wide-ranging remit focusing on advisory and planning work for an interesting client base, while overseeing a significant compliance portfolio.Include staff management, business development and cross-selling service lines.Address issues across corporate transactions, MandA, property transactions, reconstructions and demergers, share schemes and EIS/SEIS, RandD tax credits, patent box claims, exit planning and succession planning.Qualifications

ACA / ACCA / CTA QualifiedExperience in a Top 100, large regional firm or tax consultancy backgroundLocation

The local London City office is commutable from areas across Greater/ Central London and the South East such as: Essex, Hertfordshire, Kent, Surrey, Berkshire etc.How to apply
