Responsibilities: Daily Duties and Responsibilities: 1. Health and Safety Compliance: Enforce safe working practices and ensure PPE is worn correctly.Conduct safety checks and report hazards or incidents.Lead by example in maintaining a clean and safe work area. 2. Team Leadership and Supervision Allocate tasks and monitor performance of logistics operatives.Conduct daily briefings to communicate targets, updates, and safety reminders.Provide coaching, support, and training to team members.Manage attendance, shift patterns, and resolve minor personnel issues. 3.
