Strengthen Client Relationships: Be the go-to champion for our clients, manage contract renewals, pricing alignment, and proactively tackle churn risks.Drive Upselling and Cross-Selling: Identify opportunities to expand product usage and introduce new services with compelling proposals.Be the Relationship Architect: Own client relationships, resolve issues swiftly, lead business reviews, and ensure interactions align with client goals.Turn Leads into Wins: Partner with Sales Development to transition qualified leads into lasting partnerships; conduct discovery sessions and close deals.Strategise for Success: Create account plans, maintain pipelines, forecast accurately, and keep CRM up to date.Hit and Crush Targets: Consistently exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual quotas.Inspire Advocacy and Referrals: Deliver exceptional customer experiences to generate testimonials and referrals.Stay One Step Ahead: Monitor market trends and competitors; share insights to shape product and strategy.Ensure Accuracy and Compliance: Ensure precise billing, documentation, and adherence to company policies.Are You Our Perfect Fit?
