An exciting opportunity has opened for a Structural CAD Technician to join a dedicated team in their Henley office. This position is ideal for someone with a minimum of 2 years'' relevant experience and a strong command of AutoCAD. The successful candidate will demonstrate a keen attention to detail while managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create accurate substructure and superstructure drawings, ensuring high-quality work is produced at every stage.
• Collaborate with engineers and technicians to deliver residential housing projects, ensuring deadlines and standards are consistently met.
• Efficiently manage several projects at once, ensuring each phase is completed on time and to a high standard.
• Support junior team members while also working independently when required.
• Communicate progress and technical queries effectively with senior staff, ensuring all stakeholders are kept up to date.
• Review and provide feedback on third-party designs and drawings, contributing to overall project quality.
• Address and resolve technical and construction queries promptly to maintain project momentum.

About you:

• HNC qualification is an advantage, though not essential.
• 2+ years of experience within the structural CAD field.
• Some knowledge of building structures, including steel, concrete, timber, and load-bearing masonry, is beneficial.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to juggle multiple projects efficiently.
• Excellent communication skills, a proactive attitude, and the ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
