This specialist setting supports pupils who require additional behavioural, emotional, or social support to re-engage with education. You will be working closely with teachers and behaviour mentors to provide consistency, structure, and positive intervention strategies. This role is ideal for someone passionate about making a meaningful difference in the lives of young people who face significant barriers to learning.
